Moscow is just full of cars and traffic... very often you can find yourself in a traffic jam. The style of driving is often quite brave and fast, so accidents happen often too. I heard once that about 30 000 people will die in accidents around Moscow every year. That is so many people! On the other hand it is maybe understandable because I heard from a friend of mine that the most common way to get the driving license is to "buy" one. Safety belt is not so popular either, so be careful...
