This phenomenon is very familiar to most Finns... The yellow bags are now here in Moscow too! This is a campaign organized by Stockmann department store and it happens twice every year. Everything looked pretty much the same as in Helsinki during last weekend. I was shopping for example lots of good quality shampoo with a good price. For few days now it has been very warm in Moscow, more than +20 degrees Celcius but at Stockmann's I guess it was something like +50 degrees... Hot stuff!
